I agree it is the time japan changes the direction.

however, this article is lack of basic thing. that is , national security..
Japan experienced the worst thing that most Japanese forgot.
the article 9 woulld not defend the worst thing of japan,either.
If Japan consider her future's revive.
Japan should construct the system to defend the home country by herself immediately.
as for the power balance of power in the world, United States's withdrawal from Japan is clear in the future.
Problem of pension payment of the United States , gaining power of China and etc.

I agree. It would be good for Japan and good for the United States if Article 9 were dropped.

The US should let Korea defend herself, too. US out of Asia!
