Mourning Day

Wang Rui compares China's "traditional festival [which] expresses respect for the dead with visits to the cemetery, firecrackers, offerings of food and beverages," with "the tradition of the Church, [for whom] the most beautiful way to remember the dead is praying for them at a memorial Mass," and looks at "those in the Chinese Church who work for inculturation" — Qing Ming, the Church closest to traditional Chinese culture.
