Some Local Weather News

"This port city on the southeast coast was blanketed with the most snow it has seen in 69 years and locals have had no idea how to get around in it" — In inundated Pohang, snow is an unfamiliar foe. As a Buffalonian, I have plenty of ideas. It's awe-inspring to see men spending hours with their bare hands do what pick-up trucks with plows would do in minutes back home.

You clearly mean Buffalo when you say "back home." It took us days to see a plow in NYC after our blizzard. It's been so bad they haven't even picked up garbage in many places since before Christmas!

And when the plows DID come, you had to be careful. I bet the guy who owned the van in the linked video wishes they used bare hands.
