Although the video was not posted in your own blog, could special mention be made of "the Village Green Preservation Society" by the Kinks?
Ever since I first heard it, it was become something of a personal anthem.
I did end up posting it, and it has necome an anthem for me as well -- The Kinks Perform "The Village Green Preservation Society".
Your musical postings are always incredible. One of the most novel features of your blog -- and one that provides tremendous cultural enrichment for your readers! Thanks for providing a "greatest hits" list for the year!
Cheers!
Cheers to you and a happy new year!
