Don't Ask, Don't Tell, Don't Read Between the Lines

I don't remember reading this clause in the Constitution — Judge: 'Don't ask, don't tell' is unconstitutional. I don't think the Founding Fathers considered sodomy to be a "right of the people peaceably to assemble."

If engaged in properly, arguably not "peaceable."

Interesting. Can we now expect sodomites to more publicly display their proclivities now that a fed. judge has ruled for all practical purposes that they can do it where they please.
