Very nice stuff to hear. It reminds me of the cool reception the Netherlands gave to John Paul the Great during his only visit there, though.

The Netherlands is the place for Early Music. It is amazing just how many fine musicians specialising in early music come from that small nation. Gustav Leonhardt, Frans Bruggen, the Kuijken brothers, Bob van Asperen, Jaap ter Linden, Marion Verbruggen, and Ton Koopman are just a few who come from there. Quite a few early music specialists have studied there, too.
