Ástor Piazzolla's Verano Porteño Performed by the Sejong Solists

Something seasonally innappropriate, in the Southern hemisphere at least, from the ensemble reported on in this article about "the Great Mountains International Music Festival & School (GMMFS)" and the cellist who "hopes to make positive waves in its long-term development as a place to enjoy not only chamber music but also Korean culture in the pastoral scenery" — Chung to turn fest into getaway for music, culture.

I streamed this tonight walking from City Hall to Wall Street on my way to get a haircut at rush hour. Great walking music for that time of day in the streets of lower Manhattan.

While not a coincidence, deserves a beer nonetheless.
