Lourdes' Healing Waters Scientifically Reproduced in Korea?

The principles behind this professor's contraption must be at least very similar to those on which homeopathy is based. Homeopathy has never been proven to be "scientifically valid" not least because when a French academic of some repute did actually prove that extremely diluted water does have a memory of some sort, he ran into problems that were political, and not scientific.
