Today we celebrate the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the feast for which the Lutheran composed the above cantata:

Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben
Muß von Christo Zeugnis geben
Ohne Furcht und Heuchelei,
Daß er Gott und Heiland sei.

Heart and mouth and deed and life
must bear witness to Christ
without fear and hypocrisy
that he is God and Saviour.
