John O’Sullivan on a paper that "debunks AGW and shows that the IPCC 'consensus' atmospheric physics model tying CO2 to global warming is not only unverifiable, but actually violates basic laws of physics, i.e. the First and Second Law of Thermodynamics" — German Physicists Trash Global Warming 'Theory'. The author also reminds us that "it’s worth bearing in mind that no climatologist ever completed any university course in climatology–that’s how new this branch of science really is."

Given the overlap between the global warming deniers and the anti-evolutionists, it was only a matter of time before the thermodynamics argument crossed the woo/loon barrier.
Well, the global warming cultists aren't going to like this story at all! The laws of thermodynamics are, as I say on my own blog commenting on this story, pesky things!

Yeah, because nobody else thought of this before. Good ole physicists, told that all science eventually comes back to them, assume they knew it all
And let's argue heliocentricism without newtonian physics or any observation of a stellar parallex (just as Galileo); argue evolution without any knowledge of Mendelian genetics (just as Darwin did)!
